| 1 | Law Officer (Corporate Business) Rs.40,000-50,000 p.m. | Degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent Candidates having Master Degree in law will be given preference. | 15-20 years experience in central/State Government/autonomous bodies/CPSEs in providing pro-active legal assistance and advise on various legal issues like commercial contract, dispute resolution, government funding agreements, regulatory employment and governance/ advising on minimal liability and legal exposure for the business/ensuring legal and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted and vetted/ representing the Company in ensuring the efficient handling and winning resolution of all negotiation and disputes/ advising and ensuring the business in compliance with the necessities of legislation involving data protection/supervising, researching and analyzing implication of case law/legislation and regulatory matters. |
